Baked2GO Advanced Bakery's production is overseen from start to finish by experts in food science bringing an in-depth knowledge in ingredients selection and allergen control.



    

Below is a synopsis of our allergen control policy covering our production facilities: 

GLUTEN
Production site:
Baked2GO manufactures solely gluten-free products.

Ingredients :
The ingredients used in our recipes are certified gluten-free. 

NUTS and TREE NUTS 
Production site:
Baked2GO does not use any ingredients containing nuts or tree nuts (except for coconut which is not on the CIFA list)
Ingredients :
Every ingredient used in production has its own allergen certificate listing the absence of the following allergens: almonds, Brazil nuts, pine nuts, pistachios, pecans, macadamia nuts, cashews, walnuts.

PEANUTS
Production site :
Baked2GO does not use any ingredients containing peanuts and no products containing peanuts are allowed within our facilities.
Ingredients :
Every ingredient used in production has its own allergen certificate listing the absence of peanuts.

SESAME
Production site :
Baked2GO does not use any ingredients containing sesame seeds and no products containing sesame seeds are allowed within our facilities.
Ingredients :
Every ingredient used in production has its own allergen certificate listing the absence of sesame. 

Additional testing: 
We take allergen control very seriously as we regularly test our ingredients for any trace of gluten or peanuts in addition to the certificates provided by our suppliers.

Conclusion : 

We have established rigorous allergen control rules and practices which we adhere to at all times. Currently t he size of our business does not allow us to test every batch of bread, croissants or cakes for the presence of peanuts, nuts and sesame, which means we currently are only able to guarantee the 100% absence of gluten.
